Return Policies
At Olentia Pure, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following specific circumstances:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue identified at the time of receipt.
- The product was physically damaged during transit/delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered against your confirmed order.
- The product's seal is broken or tampered with upon delivery.
1.2 Return Window
All return requests must be raised within 5 to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be entertained after this window has expired.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Return requests must be submitted within 5 to 7 days of delivery.To ensure product safety and quality, we are unable to process returns after the 5 to 7 day window.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence by the customer.
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective).
- Perishable or short-shelf-life wellness and herbal products once opened.
1.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer care at 8800739204 or reach us via our social media handles within 5 to 7 days of delivery.
- Share clear photographs or a video of the damaged/defective product along with your order details.
- Our quality team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pick-up or advise you on how to send the product back.
- Refunds/Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
1.5 Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
