2.1 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification via SMS/WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.


2.2 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is completed within 4 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the logistics partner.

2.3 Serviceable Areas

  • We currently ship Pan-India through our partnered logistics services.
  • Our premium products are available in Tier-3 cities and through our showrooms in Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Gurgaon, and Bahadurgarh.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take additional time and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.


2.4 Payment Options

  • We accept online payments (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available across eligible pin codes.


2.5 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
  • We may offer free shipping during promotional periods, which will be clearly communicated.


2.6 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives in a damaged condition due to transit mishandling, please do not accept the delivery. Report the issue immediately to our customer care at 8800739204 with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Return Policy.


2.7 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your shipment on the logistics partner's platform.
