4.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement shall be the price charged.
We do not guarantee price-matching with competitors. Our pricing reflects the premium quality and purity standards of our products.

4.5 Rebootrix & Golden Ratio Formula

4.6 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on 8800739204.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may raise a return request upon delivery as per our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund initiated promptly.

4.7 Gifting & Corporate Orders

For bulk orders, corporate gifting, wedding hampers, and festive gifting, terms shall be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to order confirmation.
Custom gift hamper compositions are subject to ingredient and product availability.
No returns are accepted on customised gifting orders unless the product is defective.

The brand name 'Olentia Pure', 'Olentia Life', the brand logo, 'Rebootrix', 'Golden Ratio Formula', and all associated product names, formulations, and marketing content are the exclusive intellectual property of Olentia Life Private Limited. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4.9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Olentia Life Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Any adverse reactions arising from failure to follow usage instructions or ignoring stated precautions.

4.10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our products and services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
